Breathe Café provides a safe space for people experiencing anxiety and related mental health challenges to access support and resources for themselves, their families and their friends.
After a brief introduction by a member of the Shawmind team, visitors are encouraged to talk through their feelings, thoughts and worries with experienced, trained Shawmind volunteers, who will be able to signpost to additional services in their communities and offer to be a listening ear for further offline interactions if needed.
