Shawmind & Beanblock Breathe Cafe – 20th Jan 11am-12pm

Shawmind and Beanblock have joined together to host a Breathe Cafe Online for Parents!

Join the discussion, meet new parents, access information on a range of support networks around Newark and Nottinghamshire and find solace in the fact that you are not alone in the crazy world of parenting!

We will also be able to signpost anyone struggling to relevant mental health support services, and offer breakout rooms if you want to have a private chat.

We are also pleased to announce that Tracy Summers, Specialist Public Health Practitioner, will be joining us to go over exactly what support is available and how to access it.
