As a charity, our essential and vital work would not be possible without the generosity of our donors, sponsors and fundraisers as well as the dedication of our loyal team of volunteers, who help us run sessions and events in the community.

Thanks to you, we’re able to improve the wellbeing of our communities, educate young minds and actively eliminate the stigma attached to mental ill health.

Coming up with ideas for fundraising can be tricky, so here are a few suggestions to get you started:

A sponsored walk – such as one of the Three Peaks Challenges

Set up a ‘Tea & Talk’ event – get people together to talk about mental health

Sponsored skydive – we’ve partnered up with Skydive UK Ltd to offer this activity (minimum sponsorship required)

Cake sale – put on your pinny and bake some cakes

A sponsored run – take part in a fun run, full or half marathon or obstacle course i.e. Tough Mudder
