Basics of Mental Health Support

A top-rated mental health support course adapted and presented live online, this course is aimed at those who want to be able to provide mental health support to their colleagues, support their organisation’s existing Mental Health First Aiders, or simply want to better understand their own mental health, this course takes place over 4x 1-hour sessions (over 4 consecutive days). Classes are limited to a maximum of 14 people to ensure participation and learning for everyone.

All participants will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the course.

INFORMATION

All courses are presented using the Zoom app. You need a suitable internet connection (at least 2Mb/s download speed to your PC) and a working PC video camera and microphone to participate in the course. We recommend that you install the client app rather than simply using the web browser in order to gain maximum benefit during the course; this software is provided free of charge and not managed by Shawmind. You are advised to adopt suitable internet security and antivirus measures before installing or running any software on your PC or mobile device. Once payment has been confirmed, your trainer will contact you to schedule a suitable date for training, the links to the online courses, and any further information you may need.
