A top-rated mental health support course adapted and presented live online, this course is aimed at those who want to be able to provide mental health support to their colleagues, support their organisation’s existing Mental Health First Aiders, or simply want to better understand their own mental health, this course takes place over 4x 1-hour sessions (over 4 consecutive days). All participants will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the course.

FOR A LIMITED TIME WE ARE OFFERING THIS COURSE AT A REDUCED RATE to help individuals and organisations to quickly ramp up their Mental Health First Aid skills during the Coronavirus crisis and the increase in mental health support calls that organisations are facing.

All courses are presented using the Zoom app. You need a suitable internet connection (at least 2Mb/s download speed to your PC) and a working PC video camera and microphone to participate in the course.
